In the email exchange you must show picture proof of ownership of the assets you want optimized and a link to each of these assets where you can purchase them. If you or someone you know custom made the asset, then share the number of polygons and shader asset(s) used for the avatar or cloth(s).
The avatar and cloths highly influence the amount of optimization needed for quest compatibility. What does that mean? The models may need to be highly edited in order to get it uploaded. It is possible you may be missing some small details like belts/zippers/laces/ect.. depending on the model. All textures will be simplified to ensure better optimization for quest.
Quest avatars as of 4/20/2026 can only have up to 8 phys bone components and 64 phys bone transforms, along with only 64 phys bone collisions. You will need to specify what phys bones you would like to keep and will be notified if it is not possible to keep some due to high phys bone demands.
The avatar must already be ready to upload to VRChat with the outfits through unity on VRC SDK 3.0 or higher.
